KRISTEN LEIGH
I originally began my makeup career in 2000, interning through various community theaters throughout southern Iowa. I knew I wanted to take an extra step with this skill so I enrolled in art school in Guadalajara, Mexico. After a year of studying color theory and fine arts I moved to Toronto, Canada and attended Complections International, focusing on Makeup Artistry and Special Effects. Upon returning to the U.S. in 2003 I found myself in Los Angeles. Throughout the years I've developed a strong passion for film and television, primarily with special effects though I truly love all aspects of makeup. I have now re-located to the midwest and am eager to continue pursuing the work I most love.
